where does craYve’s deliver to?
We are based in the United Kingdom and deliver to mainland United Kingdom, Northern
Ireland and the Channel Islands within our standard postage and packaging rates. We can also deliver to Europe and the USA,
an additional delivery charge may apply. If you live outside the United Kingdom, please contact us at crayves@crayves.co.uk with details prior to purchasing and we will inform you of the appropriate delivery charges.

how long do deliveries take?
We aim to keep a constant stock of all products and try to despatch
items within 24-48 hours of an order being placed. When you place an order with us, we will send you a confirmation email
as soon as possible telling you when to expect your delivery and if, due to unforeseen demand a product is out of stock,
we will give you an estimated delivery date. This will normally be within 7 days. However, please
allow up to 30 days for delivery of an out of stock product.
how will my items be delivered?
We
use Royal Mail for all our deliveries for mainland United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Delivery
will be within three working days. A signature may be required.
However, if you would like a guaranteed next day delivery, please contact us on +44 (0)20 7228 4411 and
we will do our very best to help you with this service. A next day delivery may incur an additional postage
and packaging charge which we will inform you of prior to processing your order.
